Processing Requirements

  1. Paspor masa berlaku min. 8 bln terakhir + Paspor Lama
  2. Surat Sponsor dr Perusahaan
  3. Copy Bukti Keuangan 3 bulan terakhir
  4. Pas Foto terbaru berwarna 4 x 6 = 2 lembar (latar belakang harus putih)
  5. Copy Kartu Keluarga
  6. Copy Akte Nikah
  7. Copy Akte Lahir Anak + Kartu Pelajar / Surat Keterangan Sekolah
  8. Copy Surat Ganti Nama (jika ada)
  9. Copy SIUP & NPWP (jika ada)
  10. Print Out tiket
  11. Booking Hotel
